Technology Support Specialist

The Technology Support Services team's primary objective is to ensure the smooth running of day to day technical objectives, with an emphasis on delivering against small projects and tasks set for the team to fulfill. The role also entails technical incident management along with providing an overall excellent customer service for the employees at the Child Safe Foundation UK and CSF London Limited.

Grant Writer Volunteer

You will support us in general administrative functions that ensure the smooth running of our organisation, but focus on applying for hardship grants for destitute clients accessing services. Grants written must be tailored to CSF's needs and follow the fund guidelines. You will also keep record of applications and the amount of money given to the organisation and fill in referral forms to refer clients to third parties and charities so they can access additional support.

Human Resources Manager

People Operations Manager will report to Chief People Officer and will support a wide range of functions and responsibilities. You will oversee the essential HR functions, which could range from day to day office logistics to HR administration, organisational culture development, events planning, team relations, and hiring related activities. In this role, you may also manage and support People Operations Associates as required.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Content Manager,
based in our Milton Keynes head office will work closely with school
marketing teams in the UK to deliver the Digital Content Strategy;
utilising digital content to drive awareness, conversion and retention

Fundraising Manager

Location: London CSF office (East London)
Hours: Full time, + events as required. Core office hours of 10am-4pm. You
can choose to work flexibly (eg 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm) around this.
Salary: £24000


Responsibilities Of The Job Include
Financial and statutory reporting
Ensuring compliance with local regulations in the UK and in other territories
Main point on contact for external auditors, tax advisors and HMRC
Revising and enhancing internal controls aiming to safeguard company’s assets
Reviewing and documenting internal processes, identifying areas to improve efficiencies to enable business growth
Leading payroll budget and forecast
Cash Flow forecast
